“Your experience needs to be shared, and there need to be more people willing to share their not-so-perfect experiences to help the meeting feel inclusive and not exclusive.”
I have been blessed to be in RS classes where sisters have been very open.

opposition often comes after enlightened decisions; after moments of revelation and conviction have given us a peace and an assurance we thought we would never lose.
Opposition in All Things - A concept/principle we as Latter-day Saints uniquely understand. As the Lord hastes His work, Lucifer will increase his opposition. Elder Holland counsels, "I wish to encourage every one of you today regarding opposition that so often comes after enlightened decisions have been made, after moments of revelation and conviction have given us a peace and an assurance we thought we would never lose." I am seeing what Elder Holland describes more in my small sphere of influence, simultaneously, I am also witnessing the deliverance from such opposition. I suspect, we all will encounter this more frequently within our various stewardship's and responsibilities. As Elder Maxwell once said; "Lucifer...is very angry still—choosing to strive to make “all men [to] be miserable like unto himself” (2 Nephi 2:27)."
