Stayed home because of back pain. Tried not to lift anything. Worked at dinner table and recliner. Some pain the morning. Walked, went up and down stairs, and squats occasionally.

I was planning to stay home at least two days straight, but power will be off at home tm from 9 to 3. Must go to office. I need to split up computer , files and binders to not carry heavy stuff. I want this pain over! Though I appreciate the health I do have.
